Tata Motors has revealed pricing for the 2025 Harrier EV’s rear-wheel drive models, with two battery pack options, feature-rich trims, and bookings beginning July 2.
Tata Motors has disclosed the price range of all the 2025 Harrier EV rear-wheel drive variants, and it starts from Rs. 21.49 Lakhs and goes up to Rs. 27.49 Lakhs. It is the brand’s first all-wheel-drive model, and it is a powerful, advanced, and feature-rich EV in the lineup. The business just unveiled the prices for RWD variations; the top-end Empowered AWD option will be revealed later.
The 2025 Tata Harrier EV is available in three configurations: Adventure, Fearless Plus, and Empowered. The Harrier EV RWD comes in five variants and two battery pack sizes: 65 kWh and 75 kWh. The 65 kWh comes in three models: Adventure, Adventure S, and Fearless Plus. The largest battery pack, 75 kWh, is offered in Fearless Plus and Empowered for Rs 24.99 lakh and Rs 27.49 lakh, respectively. It gets four colours: Empowered Oxide, Nainital Nocturne, Pristine White, and Pure Grey. If you choose the Adventure or Fearless trims, your options are limited to Pristine White and Pure Grey. However, the top-end Empowered varieties come in all four colors.

The Adventure 65 kWh is priced at Rs 21.49 lakh, and this entry-level trim of the Harrier EV comes equipped with the following features:

- An 8-way adjustable driver’s seat & Sliding front armrest

Tata Harrier EV: Adventure S 65 kWh
Next is the Adventure S 65 kWh, this variant starts at a price range of Rs 21.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and contains all of the features listed above. Furthermore, it includes:

- 60:40 split rear seats
- Voice-assisted panoramic sunroof
- Rain-sensing wipers & Driver doze-off alert
- Automatic headlamps & Automatic defogger
Tata Harrier EV: Fearless+
The Fearless+ variant is available in both 65 and 75 kWh battery pack options, and it is priced at Rs 23.99 lakh and Rs 24.99 lakh, respectively (ex-showroom). The mid-spec Fearless Plus features:

- Rear defogger
- Air purifier with AQI display
- Ambient lighting for the dashboard and sunroof
- Front armrest with cooled storage
- Wireless phone charging
- Auto-dimming IRVM
- A 10-speaker JBL Black audio system

Tata Harrier EV: Empowered 75 kWh
The 75 kWh model is priced at Rs 27.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and is exclusively available with a 75 kWh battery pack option. It comes with:

- Large 14.53-inch Samsung Neo QLED infotainment touchscreen
- A powered boss mode seat function
- A gesture-activated powered tailgate
- Terrain mode selector knob with LED display
- Four terrain modes-normal, wet, rough, and custom
- Auto Park Assist with 15 functions
- Level 2 ADAS offering 22 safety and driver-assist features
- A digital IRVM that supports dashcam recording
- 540-degree view system combining a 360-degree camera with a 180-degree transparent mode
Tata Harrier EV: Empowered QWD. (AWD dual-motor) 75 kWh
The price of the Empowered QWD. (AWD dual-motor) 75 kWh has not been announced yet. The top-spec Harrier QWD (AWD) comes equipped with
- all-wheel drive and dual motors
- A Boost Mode & Off-road Assist
- Six terrain modes
The 2025 Tata Harrier EV rivals the Mahindra XEV 9e and the BYD Atto 3. It is also a less expensive alternative to the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and the BYD Sealion 7. While unofficial bookings are underway at dealerships, the manufacturer will start taking official orders on July 2. The prices of the dual motor all-wheel drive variant are set to be disclosed in June 2027.
