Performance and battery packs for E Vitara
There will be two battery options available for the e-Vitara: a 49 kWh pack and a 61 kWh pack. Two-wheel and four-wheel drive systems are available to customers. The battery, which weighs between 600 and 700 kg, contributes to the SUV’s long driving range.
The batteries consist of BYD LFP cells. The 61kWh battery has a range of up to 500 kilometers. A 49kWh battery is coupled to a 144hp motor. A 174-hp motor powers the 61-kWh battery. Both generate a torque of 189 Nm. AWD models with two motors produce 300 Nm and 184 horsepower. The AWD system is called the e-AllGrip.
