Job Summary:

We need an On-field Sales Executive to join our team with a dynamic and result-driven attitude. The ideal candidate should have firsthand experience working in a vehicle dealership or showroom and should be familiar with the EV business. Since they will be in charge of generating leads, managing client relationships, offering demos, and driving revenue by converting leads to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the EV and auto dealer space, as well as manage leads via phone calls, networking, and referrals. Keep the CRM updated with lead information.
  • Develop strong relationships with dealers and partners, have intro calls and virtual product presentations, and follow up via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule and carry out online/on-site product demos, describing platform benefits, pricing, and partnership value. Provide solutions that are suited to the client’s specific demands.
  • Convert leads into registered clients, guarantee a seamless onboarding process, and work with internal teams to set up accounts.
  • Track daily activities, meetings, and progress, and send weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and collect feedback. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Sales, or a similar field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in on-field sales, preferably in the automotive industry, car dealerships, or vehicle showrooms.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles and interest in the EV market will be advantageous.
  • Prior experience with a B2B channel or distributor sales is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and local language(s).
