Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Client Relations Executive to join our team who will be creating strong client relationships, converting leads into loyal customers, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The candidate must have problem-solving skills, can come up with significant and creative ideas, and are committed to providing a seamless and happy client service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for clients and customers, responding to queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with the clients by staying in touch and giving exceptional service.
• Help new clients with getting started and maintaining a detailed record of all interactions and work with internal teams to ensure that clients’ needs are met.
• Should have the skills like patience and good communication skills, should handle the clients calmly and professionally, and escalate as needed. 

Qualification and Key Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience with client service, customer support, or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solver who is always focused on meeting the needs of the customer.
