Explore the extravagant Mercedes-Benz G-580 and the Maybach EQS 680 Night Series at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in an amazing form.
The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, taking off on 17th January in New Delhi, will be the best event for all who live and breathe automotive, showing the now diverse line-up of electric vehicles. This is expected to be five daily drivers along with seven luxury offerings, and through this event, fourteen brands will bring their products to exhibit. Here is a clue about the top EVs visitors can expect to see at the event: mass-market-legit names like Hyundai Creta Electric and Maruti e-Vitara-to-and-of course, the more luxurious names, say, MG Cyberster and Porsche Macan BEV.
Maruti e-Vitara
Estimated Price: Rs 22 lakh
As an introduction, Maruti Suzuki’s e-Vitara will be its maiden electric model in India. The design borrows heavily from the international version but is well-equipped with dual digital screens, wireless phone chargers, and front-ventilated seats. The car will come with two battery packs; a 49 kWh and a bigger 61 kW variant will also be available, in addition to advanced safety features including ADAS and six airbags.
Hyundai Creta Electric
Estimated Price: Rs 17 lakh
Hyundai has developed a yellow Creta Electric, which has created a huge buzz ahead of its unveiling at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The Creta Electric resembles its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart a lot and is not more hardened or less ornamental. Instead of outsourcing it, the new product will distinguish itself as an electric vehicle with exceptional styling, while the designs will be quite similar silhouettes. This will come with two battery options-42 kWh with a range of 390 km and a bigger 51.4-kWh pack that has an impressive 473 km range-. Safety Features Include 6 airbags and Level-2 ADAS functionalities.
Tata Sierra EV
Estimated Price: Rs 20 lakh
Sierra is a Tata electric vehicle that is revived. Heritage-inspired design would be the hallmark of this new model, a throwback to the 1990s. Will expect it to have dual digital interfaces, ventilated seats, and a panoramic sunroof. The battery pack would offer a range of between 60 and 80 kWh and run for over 500 km even as it charges six airbags and ADAS among the other safety features of the Sierra.
Tata Harrier EV
Estimated Price: Rs 25 lakh
Tata Harrier EV is expected to have an outline like that of the ICE model, but incorporated with contemporary features such as a modern 12.3-inch documentary screen, panoramic sunroof, and improved safety through ADAS. The Harrier EV is expected to have a driving range of over 500 km.
Vayve Eva
Estimated Price: Rs 7 lakh Vayve Eva is touted to be the first solar-powered vehicle in India. The quadricycle has been displayed at the expo for the second time, having made its first appearance at the 2023 Auto Expo. This two-seater quadricycle has a 14 kWh battery with a claimed range of 250 km. It also has solar panels which reportedly add another 10 km to the range every day.
MG Cyberster
Estimated Price: Rs 80 lakh The MG Cyberster will be launched under its scissor doors and cool styling in India, as the first roadster from the manufacturer in the country. It is expected to feature premium features like a triple screen setup and an advanced setup for sounds while being equipped with a dual motor setup with a 77 kWh battery. It should thus cover a 430 km WLTP range approximately.
MG Mifa 9
Estimated Price: Rs 1 Crore The MG Mifa 9 is expected to be unveiled as a high-end electric MPV, complete with auto AC, electrically adjustable seats in both front and second row, and Level 2 ADAS capabilities. It will come with a very strong 90 kWh battery pack which claims that it would be able to cover distances up to 565 km.
Porsche Macan BEV
Estimated Price: Rs 1.22 crore
The Porsche Macan BEV will be making its Indian debut at the expo with some high-end interior features that include multiple screens and an advanced climate control system. It will feature a 95 kWh battery pack and deliver an impressive WLTP range of 590 km.
New Porsche Taycan
Estimated Price: Rs 1.89 crore
Along with the updated Porsche Taycan, the updated Porsche Taycan features minor visual changes along with some advanced technology features like triple digital displays and ventilated seats. The Taycan comes with two battery options: an 89 kWh standard pack and an optional 105 kWh pack.
BYD Atto 2
Estimated Price: Rs 1 crore
The BYD Atto 2 features in its debut at the expo in India. Its features include heated front seats and a sunroof for panoramic view. It will have a 42.4 kWh battery providing an estimated WLTP range of 312 km.
Mercedes-Benz G-580
Estimated Price: 1.25 crore
The electrified G-Class called the Mercedes-Benz G-580 is going to be demonstrated in luxurious features like dual digital displays and ambient lighting options. Enriched with four motors and a powerful 116 kWh battery, it produces 587 PS out of its total output.
Mercedes Maybach EQS 680 Night Series
Estimated Price: Not available (high pricing expected)
The Mercedes Maybach EQS 680 Night Series, the superlative electric vehicle by the company, appears to be very exclusive with the launch of a dark exterior complemented by new elegant colours that are premium. Inside, the EQS 680, like almost any other high-end Mercedes model, comes with the MBUX Hyperscreen spanning the entire dashboard, which has, thus, created an instinctive interface for both the driver and passengers. The EQS 680 Night Series is an advanced technology that features driver assistance systems meant to improve safety and convenience for the driver.
