Allianz Partners India and Pulse Energy collaborate to enhance EV ownership with real-time charger access, AI-driven support, and comprehensive solutions.
Allianz Partners India has signed a partnership with Pulse Energy on EVization, a concept that aims to enhance the ownership of EVs in the country. The main objectives assumed in this collaboration are frequently associated with the increased fears and concerns of EV owners such as range anxiety, inadequate access to the charging infrastructure or lack of proper and fast technical support.
Full-service Offers for EV Owners
Through Allianz Partners India’s fully integrated mobility assistance solution and Pulse Energy’s innovative roaming-hub-as-a-service proposition for EVs, the partnership will prevent EV owners from experiencing a sub-optimal experience. Some of the aspects of this symbiosis are the location of the chargers in real-time, remote management of charging processes, as well as enhanced roaming in order to reduce range anxiety. A new concept of the recommended EV trip planner will also be launched providing routes with existing charging stations and other facilities.
Artificial Intelligence Support and Technology Solutions
Along with the above features, the partnership will add AI-technical support through a chatbox, where customers can find instant solutions to any problems involving EVs and chargers. The idea behind integrating such advanced technology along with the end-to-end service is to make the EV ownership experience as smooth as possible to make as many people across India switch to electric vehicles.
Leadership Insights
Allianz Partners India’s MD Charu Kaushal also stressed this with, “We always want to ensure creating value for our clients while being aligned with sustainable mobility solutions. ”
Akhil Jayaprakash, Co-founder of Pulse Energy also agreed, stating, “The collaboration with Allianz Partners is a major step in our quest to revolutionize EV infrastructure in India. By connecting our platform with the mobility network of Allianz Partners India, we will be able to provide a seamless approach to make the EV ownership process more of a seamless endeavor as we continue to contribute towards the expansion of electric vehicles in the country.
